What Texas law means for your purchase
Cash sales only — no credit
We sell for cash. Because we don't finance or offer buy-here-pay-here, no credit application is taken and no credit report is pulled. There is no retail installment contract to sign.
Title, tax & registration
Texas requires the sale to be reported and the title transferred through the county tax office. We handle the dealer side of the paperwork; tax, title and license fees are paid by you on top of the cash price.
Sold as-is
Used vehicles at this price point are sold as-is with no dealer warranty unless something different is put in writing on your paperwork. The federal Buyers Guide window form on each vehicle states its warranty status.
Inspections & emissions
Bexar County vehicles require an emissions inspection for registration. Ask us about the current inspection status of any vehicle before you buy.
